Museum Ticket Reservations is a service provided by The World Is Mine travel agency. All reservations and order requests are processed and delivered by The World is Mine.
Payment methods permitted to reserve your museum or tour tickets are:
• Credit/debit card
If you want to pay with your PayPal balance, you will need to log in to your account to complete the transaction. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can still pay through the PayPal system using your credit or debit card. Select the “Pay with a card” option on PayPal, fill in the required fields, and authorize your payment to complete the transaction.
Your preferred payment method will be charged in Euros (€). If your local currency is different from the currency the prices are quoted in, your bank will apply the exchange rate applicable per the date of purchase.
Ticket prices include Italian taxes. The World Is Mine is not responsible for any additional taxes or fees applied locally in other countries and not stated in the original pricing.
Reservations must be made at least 3 working days in advance. We cannot accept reservations made less than 3 days prior to the scheduled date of the activity.
To place an order request, please complete the online form on this website and submit it to The World Is Me via our secure servers.
If you are making a booking for more than one person, PLEASE DO NOT MAKE A SEPARATE BOOKING FOR EACH PERSON. Instead, add all people to the same booking. This guarantees you admission to attraction in the same time slot. Museums do not guarantee all visitors to be able to enter at the same time with multiple bookings.
Your order request will be processed by The World Is Mine and the total amount of your order will be charged to your payment method only when your reservation is confirmed.
You will receive 2 emails from The World is Mine: a summary of your order (immediately after request), and an order confirmation with your reservation number and instructions regarding your visit (one working day after request).
In the event The World Is Mine is not able to confirm your chosen date and time (e.g. your selected time slot is sold out), you will be given an alternative option. Your payment method will not be charged until you approve an alternative option.
If you do not receive any communication from The World Is Mine within 48 hours of your order request, please contact us immediately at email@example.com. Please make sure to insert your email address correctly and check that your spam filter/antivirus is not blocking emails from firstname.lastname@example.org. We always reply within 48 hours, but we have not responsibility for any failure or malfunction of your email account. We have no liability for any ticket loss resulting from you having provided a wrong email address. In the event you are unable to receive, download, or print the vouchers sent via email, tickets are still strictly NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE.
You can cancel or change your order without paying any penalties/fees within 24 hours of your order request by contacting The World Is Mine at email@example.com. Otherwise we will proceed with your order and make a non-refundable charge to your selected payment method.
For some attractions, time and/or date of tickets can be changed after booking confirmation upon payment of a set Modification fee. Please refer to each attraction page for more details on modifications. IMPORTANT: Booked tickets are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE.
